Penn State tells us how they will celebrate THON

Regina Duesler the 2020 THON executive director tells us how they will celebrate thon.

The football team will be wearing THON stickers on the back of the helmets and it will be the second year in a row they will be  doing that. Kids are also going to be able to go on the field before the game . Regina Dueslers says “ they are really excited”. She also says that she will be at band fest with some donation links and she will be speaking a bit on stage with the four diamonds kids and trying to get the crowd really excited . It’s earlier this year because last year they were really cold and if they do it earlier they wont be cold. Also they are doing it earlier so they have a better experience  than this year. This year, 2019 This year, 2019 THON ran from Feb. 15 to 17 and the  dancers stood for 46 hours without sleep at the Bryce Jordan Center!. Since 1977, THON has raised more than $168 million for Four Diamonds at Penn State Hershey Children’s Hospital! THON is the largest student-run philanthropy in the world. THON has helped 4,000 families and 16,500 students have volunteers.
