Cupcakes are the best dessert. There is no argument that can be made to go against cupcakes’ worth, if they were a bug they would be praying mantises, they serve a great purpose in nourishing people’s pallets and quenching their thirst for a sweet treat. Anyone who doesn’t support cupcakes does not like them because their pallets are not fully developed to understand the complex taste of the sweet frosting, delicious cake, and perfect baking, they are mere children in an adult’s world with a lack of taste buds. People who do not indulge in the enjoyment of cupcakes deserve to be exiled from society and never be allowed to consume the sweet deliciousness of desserts ever again. I interviewed unofficial town idiot Adrian Gover about his controversial views on cupcakes, here is what he inquired, “I believe that cupcakes are the worst possible dessert that you could treat yourself to. This is because they are the most inefficient dessert to eat, they have the most work for the least amount of reward. They are already a cake dessert which means that they are already MID, the size of the cupcake means that if you were to eat it the normal way, there would be icing on your nose. The best way people have thought to eat a cupcake is by taking the bottom off and making a sandwich, which shows that the design of the cupcake is flawed and should be outlawed. There are plenty of better alternatives that you could eat like a regular cake, or the best dessert in my humble opinion, brownies.” 

Mr.Gover brought up many points that were all false, cupcakes have a great work-to-reward ratio, all you have to do is peel the wrapper and you can consume cupcakes at the speed of light. He also said that they hit your nose if you eat them but this is entirely false because children eat cupcakes without even getting anything on their faces. Finally, Mr. Gover said that brownies were the best food but this is entirely incorrect because of the troubles that you have to go to eat brownies, with brownies you NEED things like plates so there’s no mess and utensils so that you can cut the brownies and even eat them. Therefore there is no way that you could even call brownies the best dessert.

In conclusion, cupcakes are a spectacular dessert because of a multitude of reasons, the ergonomics of the cupcake, work to reward ratio, and finally the sweet delicious flavor of the cupcakes. Not only have cupcakes been decided to be an amazing dessert but brownies to be a bad dessert, but none compare to the delectable goodness of creme brulee.
