The weekend of October 4-6th hosted an event in Aaronsburg, PA, called the Dutch Fall Fest. Fall Fest includes music, and lots of fun seasonal foods such as apple cider, pot pie, pumpkin desserts, and more! The Fall Fest also sparks yard sales and such to happen in Aaronsburg, and is a uniting event for the community, because who doesn’t love food and music?
On Sunday Morning, the local Penns Valley Youth Center participated in live music and hosted a worship session. Many people associated with the local youth center attended and gave positive feedback, while the Fall Fest helped this youth center raise funds, they still are open for donations, their next fundraiser event will be November 17th, 2024 when an NFL Quarterback will visit to speak, and the PVYC worship team will play 2 songs. As a student who also regularly attends the Youth Center, I invite you to come and join us, not only for a fundraiser event but also to be welcomed into a family of people who want to be friends and do life with you!

As a person who has lived in Penns Valley my entire life, I highly encourage you to go to community events, not only do you get lots of food, but you can see the unity of the community and even get involved within your community.
