People have been debating the topic of whether dogs are better than cats or if cats are better than dogs, and it’s a hard decision for some people, I think dogs are better than cats, I say that because I own 3 dogs, but some people may own cats and say they are better than dogs.
Reasons To Get A Dog
Dogs are a man’s best friend. They are loving, full of energy, fast, hungry, energetic, and smart. Dogs come in many different breeds like a poodle, Doberman, pitbull, lab, golden retriever, and many more. Dogs can be trained to sit, stay, roll over, high-five, bark, and spin in a circle, but you can train them to do anything you want. Dogs require exercise or some way to release energy. Dogs eat mostly anything, but you should feed them certain foods because otherwise they could be sick or die or live an unhealthy lifestyle. Dogs can be used for safety or be a guide or considered an aid for those who need help with seeing or other disabilities. Those are key reasons to get a dog. Many famous people own dogs like Nick Jonas from the Jonas Brothers, Miley Cyrus, Selena Gomez, and Anthony Edwards. Many more people own dogs as well.
Reasons To Get A Cat
Cats are furry friends who will cuddle up with you while you sleep. If you have a mouse problem, then getting a cat is a good terminator for your mice. Cats sometimes run up to 30 miles an hour, which is very fast. Cats don’t need any exercise unless they are overweight. There are many different kinds of cats so if you don’t know what kind you want there are many options like British Shorthair, Ragdoll, Birman, Sphynx cat, and Bengal cat, and there are many more options of cats to choose from. Some famous people who own cats are Katy Perry, Ed Sheeran, Macklemore, and Taylor Swift, and many more famous people own cats.
The Better Pet Selection.
If you are an active and outgoing person then a dog would be a good choice for a pet because dogs love to play fetch, go on walks, and enjoy being around people. But a cat would be a good choice if you are not outgoing. I found a pie chart on which is a better pet and it shows that 57 percent say dogs are better than cats and 20 percent say cats better than dogs. So here is your answer. Dogs are better than cats but this logic could be faulty because not everyone voted for dogs or cats. Cats could be a better choice for you but we will never know until everyone who likes dogs and cats votes.
