The Penns Valley Rams’ basketball season starts in one week. The girls’ and boys’ team schedules are posted on the Penns Valley website for all spectators $5 for adults and $3 for students. Games will be streaming on NFHS when you are unable to attend.

The Lady Rams begin their season on December 2nd against Saint Joseph’s Catholic Academy in the Penns Valley gymnasium at 7:30 pm. And ends February 10th, 2025, against Bishop Guilfoyle at their gymnasium at 7:30 pm.  The Rams take on their first game of the season against West Branch away at 6:00 p.m. on December 4th. Their last game will also be against Bishop Guilfoyle on February 10th, 2025 at 7:15 pm. Both teams did not make it far in districts last year and are looking for a better outcome this year.

This will be Penns Valley’s second year in the Laurel Highlands, it was learned quickly last year that this conference is much more competitive. Penns Valley was introduced to teams such as Westmont Hilltop, Richland, and Somerset last year. All these teams make the conference more competitive for the Rams. And some exciting rivalry games against Tyrone, Huntington, Bald Eagle, and Bellefonte. Those games are always the ones to watch

The Lady Rams placed 16th with a record of 7-11 in the Laural Highlands last season and The Rams placed 12th with a record of 8-11 in the Laural Highlands. We hope to see a better outcome this year adjusting to the new conference from both teams. The community is excited to watch Penns Valley Basketball again.
