I can’t believe I am saying this but the first semester is ending on the 21st of January, next Tuesday. I reflect back on my time as a Rambling Ram reporter and mostly I focused on Non-Penns Valley sports. But I did get major opinions from students and some teachers about the most recent sports games or events that happened during that time. I am going to ask two of the people I have interviewed and read my articles and see how well they thought I did throughout this semester.
I interviewed Mr.Farley, the head chief of the Rambling Ram here at Penns Valley about my writing on the Rambling Ram where he states that “I’ve always liked the way you have diversified opinions from other people and especially presenting two different sides when you write about sports”.
Thank you Mr. Farley for that positive feedback, we will continue to debate and discuss sports with people on the regular. I have also interviewed to Julian Battaglia several times throughout this semester and this is what he had to say about my work “Good job, I think your interest in the NFL and football is really unique” I am a true NFL super fan after all, even if my team is the Atlanta Falcons. From writing about the school not allowing computers in the lunch room (I argued against it) to writing a lot of articles about sports and the student and teachers’ perspectives on certain topics or issues related to sports, I have to say, that my two favorite articles to write were the NFL team survey and the Penn State-Ohio State game that happened in early November. Well, to the next group of people that get to write articles for this school and Mr.Farley I truly wish y’all the best.
