This season we had a very successful Basketball season. We were a winning team who only lost two games. The games we lost were to Belafonte and Hollidaysburg who were both good teams but we also beat before. Some of the closer games are the first time we played Phillipsburg we won by two in overtime Carter Ironside hit the game-winning three, another one was the first time we played Tyronne we won by two after Carson Webster hit the game-winning free throws. The last exciting game that I will talk about is when we beat Hollidaysburg by two after they failed two ties the game, Fletcher Ironside got the game-winning free throws. In the tournament we went two in Burnham we ended up playing four games and winning the Championship, the championship game was nerve-racking and the other team Mifflin County fought a hard battle against us and only lost by five. In the state tournament we went to an in-state college we were two-two and lost. This is pretty good compared to last season when we only won two games. This season showed us that Pennsvalley has good players and that we can do anything as long as we work and this is why I am ready for next season.
