Last night in a very important game to decide seeding for the 2022-2023 National Football League Playoffs, a game between the Buffalo Bills and Cincinnati Bengals in Cincinnati on Monday Night Football. The Bills coming in as the 2 seeds in the AFC and the Bengals coming in as the 3 seed. Both teams lead their divisions and are looked at as one of the best games to be played in the regular season this year. The score was 7-3 Bengals leading and only 8 minutes and 54 seconds into the first quarter. With 6:12 remaining in the quarter Joe Burrow throws a short pass to his Wide Receiver Tee Higgins for a 13 yard gain. Making the tackle was Damar Hamlin, Hamlin stood up after the hit and then collapsed on the field. Hamlin had suffered from going into cardiac arrest after the hit, the medical team rushed onto the field to attend to Hamlin his heart had stopped and they began to administer CPR to him. The ambulance was brought onto the field and after being down for over 9 Minutes he was taken to the nearest hospital in Cincinnati where is still currently at. As of now he is still in critical condition and is on a ventilator but his condition is improving and so is his breathing. “On behalf of our family, we want to express our sincere gratitude for the love and support shown to Damar during this challenging time.
