While the end of the semester continues to get pushed back due to snow days, it is quickly coming to an end. I am a junior this year so I am getting close to the end of my high school career. At the beginning of my semester, I ran for junior class treasurer and was elected. Since I was elected I have been working the concession stand for winter sports. I will be my class treasurer this year and my senior year. Another one of my major accomplishments this semester was getting a job at Dunkin Donuts. I have been working there for four months and it has been a pretty good experience for my first job.

This semester I had classes like Precalculus, Psychology and Sociology, English, and of course Media 1. Psychology had to of been one of my favorite electives I have taken. Recently I realized that I was very interested in Psychology as a possible major in college. I was very excited when I saw that our school offered it as an elective. I decided that I will not be taking a math class next year, since it will not be required for my major.

One of the things I have really enjoyed this semester is that I got to get to know a bunch of new people. I made some of my closest friends this semester. I got close with some of these friends through Powderpuff. This year the juniors won and I was the kicker.

Overall, It has been a good semester and I am excited for all the new things to come the rest of the year.
