Penn State’s homecoming game against Northwestern is this Saturday, October 11th, at 3:30 pm in Happy Valley. Penn State’s record against Northwestern is an impressive 14-4, with its most recent victory in 2023, 41-13. Although Penn State’s season hasn’t been going as planned, with a rough loss against the Oregon Ducks and an out-of-the-blue loss against UCLA, they hope to beat the Wildcats and turn their season around. Considering it’s the homecoming game, there will be a large student-run parade. There will be activities like concerts, carnivals, and talent shows. Penn State hasn’t lost its homecoming game for four years. The last time this happened was October 23rd, 2021, against Illinois. Drew Allar and the Nittany Lions hope to take home a win to get them back on track to compete for the Big Ten championship.
