Finals and Stress Levels

Finals and Stress Levels

The end of the marking period is coming up and there are lots of final tests, final projects, or assignments that need to be completed. It can get stressful but there are some tips to help you stay on top of things.

First, I think the number one best tip do not procrastinate! It will not help you if you put it off until the last minute and need to study or get some big projects done.

Your teachers will most likely give you more than enough time, set some time aside to get a start on what you need to do. An hour a day is all it takes sometimes rather than staying up really late to get it all done. It may not be done to the best of your ability if you do not give yourself the time you need.

Also, your stress level can be up more than normal, there are things you can do to help prevent it. Stress is something we all experience, it is something we can’t avoid but can make better.

Something important to remember when you are stressed is to take care of yourself. It is so important to put yourself first. Eat, sleep, drink water and listen to your body. Exercise if you need to go for a walk.

There are many things you can do to help and take care of yourself and when you are able to do that it helps you strive and get done what you need to do but still take care of yourself.
