Homecoming Dance 2022

  Homecoming Dance 2022

Did you go to happen the homecoming dance this year? Well anyone from 7th-12th grade can come if you have a friend or person that you would like to come and they are not in the district you can get a ticket from the front office. The dance is located at Penns Valley High School from 7 to 10 pm. This year the dance was Saturday, October 15th. The main reason I think they have the dance is that it’s fun for the students to be involved in fun activities. You didn’t hear many conversations but mostly everyone was singing and dancing. Some of the songs people sang and danced along to were Shake It Off, Cotton Eye Joe, Call Me Maybe, California Girls, and more.  The homecoming dance is a great time there is food dancing singing of course you could even request songs and there were lots of requests and lots got played. Somewhere in the middle of the dance someone starts something the people at our homecoming dance started the conga lots of people joined, one person did the worm, and they created a dance circle when Cotton Eye Joe played, which was at the begging of the dance about 90% of people started dancing. If you didn’t go to the homecoming dance this year you should suggest going next year because it’s a night to remember.
