The Lady Rams soccer team has been working hard this year to uphold their District 6 Championship title from last season. Defender, Audrey Kerstetter says, “We started off a little slow, but after the first few games, we started to come together. In the games coming up, we will have to play our very best and the hardest we’ve played this entire season. We have been working hard these past few weeks and I am excited to see what we can accomplish.” The Rams must maintain at least a fourth-place position in their conference to compete in Districts.
Currently, the Lady Rams record is six wins and eight losses after an upset victory at Bald Eagle last night. In the next two weeks, the Lady Rams have four more games to help them secure their spot in the district playoffs. None of these games will be easy for them. The Lady Rams will need to work very hard these next couple weeks. Up next, the Rams have games against Bald Eagle, Philipsburg, and Hollidaysburg. In the following week, Monday, October 16th to Friday, October 20th, they have games against Central Martinsburg and Tyrone.
We hope to see them continue success this season. Come out and support them as they make their way to district playoffs!
